Armaan stands with folded hands and teary eyes, regrets never in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Armaan watching a video of Meher, lost in thought. At the same time, Abhira is seen lighting diyas, and both of them get emotional as memories from their past resurface. Abhira then quietly returns Armaan’s phone to him.

Armaan folds his hands in front of Abhira and admits that simply saying sorry would not do justice to the pain he caused her. He expresses hope that she might forgive him someday. Reflecting on the last eight years, Armaan says neither of them truly changed—Abhira always stood by the truth, while he continued to ignore it. He blames himself for ruining not only his own life but also Abhira’s and Maira’s. Determined to make things right, Armaan decides to fight for justice in Rajat’s case, even though he feels his own life cannot be repaired anymore. He regrets trusting Meher over Abhira and questions how he could believe someone capable of murder. He realizes his mistake led to his separation from Abhira.

Overwhelmed with guilt, Armaan wonders why he never had faith in Abhira when it mattered the most. Abhira stands there with tears in her eyes. Armaan urges her to finally speak her heart out. Just then, Abhira notices a temple bell about to fall and quickly saves Armaan from getting hurt.

Soon, Mittal enters the temple and creates a tense situation. He threatens both Armaan and Abhira, warning them that Maira’s life will be destroyed just like Meher’s. He even goes as far as saying he will kill Maira. Furious, Armaan loses control and attacks Mittal. Mittal continues provoking him, but before things get worse, the police arrive. Abhira immediately asks Armaan to stop.

Mittal cunningly remarks that if Armaan had been arrested for assaulting him, it would have weakened Maira’s case. Later, Armaan questions Abhira about pulling him aside. She explains that Mittal was deliberately trying to trap him. Armaan insists that Maira’s case should be fought on the grounds of self-defense, but Abhira firmly states that she will fight using the truth. This difference in approach leads to another argument between them.

Elsewhere, Kaveri grows anxious about Abhira. Manoj and Manisha join her, and Manisha points out how, after so long, everyone is finally worried for Abhira—even though she had been speaking the truth about Meher all along. Despite this, Vidya continues to oppose Abhira. Madhav questions Vidya’s attitude, reminding her of how Abhira once helped her, but Vidya ignores him and instead expresses her wish for Armaan to take charge and win Maira’s case.

Armaan then informs the family that Abhira is the one handling Maira’s case. Vidya disapproves of this decision, while Sanjay argues that only a self-defense argument can save Maira. Armaan explains that Abhira wants to fight honestly, but Sanjay calls her approach impractical. Meanwhile, Tanya reflects that if Krish had not shared Maira’s location with Meher, none of this would have happened. She also worries about Krish, who is currently missing.

Abhira is completely absorbed in studying Maira’s case and ignores her own health. Mukti tries to feed her, but Abhira refuses, saying the case matters more to her right now. Seeing this, Armaan steps in and asks Mukti to rest. He takes it upon himself to feed Abhira and even brings legal books to help her better understand juvenile cases.

Abhira questions Armaan’s actions, asking why he is supporting her when he disagrees with her strategy. Armaan calmly explains that while their methods differ, their goal is the same—getting Maira bail. He tells her there is no point in arguing and encourages her to fight the case her way, assuring her that he will stand by her and help.

In the precap, Maira expresses her trust in Abhira, saying she believes in her completely. However, Abhira fears losing Maira’s trust once again. Armaan reassures her, saying a mother never truly loses, as Abhira gathers strength to fight Maira’s case.
