Anu and Digvijay’s dream cafe shut down days after opening in Anupamaa

Tonight's Anupamaa episode opens with Anupama lighting a diya in front of Saavi’s picture, setting a hopeful tone for the cafe. Digvijay quietly observes her as she stands there with faith. She then waits for customers, but the place remains empty. A passerby asks about the bakery, and Banku quickly shares the address, trying to bring in some business. Jaya, however, points out that it is already evening and not a single customer has shown up yet.

Anupama tries to lift everyone’s spirits by speaking about how even a small flame can remove darkness. She encourages Banku, Digvijay, and Bose to light candles with positivity. She assures them that success may not come instantly, but the cafe will eventually run well, even if today feels disappointing. Digvijay, however, grows emotional as he recalls how the cafe once used to be crowded, with people waiting for hours. He remembers how Saavi would warmly handle customers and make them feel valued even during long waits.

Comparing the past with the present, Digvijay remarks that earlier customers waited for them, and now they are the ones waiting. His disappointment deepens as he starts feeling reopening the cafe may have been a wrong decision. Jaya notices his reaction and questions Anupama if Digvijay has already started losing hope. Anupama defends him, saying he is only disheartened at the moment, and then comes up with an idea to promote the cafe.

On the other side, tensions rise at the Kothari house as Vasundhara decides to throw Mahi out. Mahi defends herself, clarifying that she did not steal any designs but only used ones that were already rejected by the Kotharis. Gautam fuels the situation by manipulating Vasundhara further against Mahi. Taking a strong stand, Vasundhara declares that Mahi will not just be removed from the house but also from the company. Rahi questions this decision and supports Mahi, asking for a valid reason.

Mahi refuses to back down and boldly challenges Vasundhara and Gautam, saying she will build her own brand one day. She also shocks Gautam by asking him to get ready for a divorce. Rahi adds to the confrontation by warning Gautam to prepare for a custody battle for Pranshis as well. Seeing them united, Gautam tells Vasundhara that they need to act quickly against both Rahi and Mahi.

Meanwhile, Anupama and Banku step out to promote the cafe by putting up handmade posters around the area. She even requests a random girl to help spread the word on social media, showing her determination to keep trying.

Back home, Leela struggles with severe foot pain but hides it from Hasmuk, pretending everything is fine. Hasmuk, too, conceals his own discomfort. Ansh questions Hasmuk about whether he went out, but he avoids answering. When Hasmuk asks Leela to bring food, she loses her balance due to ankle pain and falls. Ansh rushes to help her, while Hasmuk questions her. Despite the situation, both Leela and Hasmuk continue to lie to each other about their health.

Elsewhere, Digvijay comes across the posters and feels a slight sense of hope. Banku, however, remains doubtful and asks Anupama if she truly believes the posters will bring customers. Anupama confidently says she will not give up so easily.

Later, Anupama gets anxious after imagining that Leela and Hasmuk are being mistreated by Pakhi and Paritosh. Disturbed by this thought, she calls them and asks them to be honest with her and not hide anything. Although Hasmuk and Leela assure her that everything is fine, Anupama senses something is wrong and struggles to believe them. After the call, Leela feels guilty for lying, while both she and Hasmuk secretly step out for work without informing each other.

Back at the cafe, Anupama continues to wait, holding onto hope. Banku worries about what will happen if no customers show up and also expresses concern about Paul, who had earlier threatened to shut down any business in his area. Anupama recalls his warning but chooses to stay determined.

In the precap, Kunal tastes Anupama’s food and appreciates it, deciding to post a review for the cafe. His review brings in customers, leaving Anupama and Digvijay overjoyed, while Jaya and Banku are taken by surprise. However, their happiness is short-lived as Anupama discovers that officials have sealed the cafe, bringing a new challenge their way.
