Major drama ahead; Shruti gets shot while saving Anupamaa in Anupamaa

 

After a significant time leap, Anuj and Anupamaa parted ways, but they unexpectedly reunited in America years later. Now, the entire family, including the Shahs, finds itself in America. 

Anuj is set to marry Shruti, although he still harbors feelings for Anupamaa. Meanwhile, the Shah family plans to leave the U.S.

The drama escalates when goons attack and take Adhaya and Pari hostage. In a desperate attempt to save Pari, Anupamaa inadvertently causes Shruti to be shot as she steps in to shield her.

Following the shooting, Shruti undergoes surgery and battles for her life, while Adhya is left traumatized. Anupamaa is consumed by guilt, believing that she was the intended target of the bullet that Shruti intercepted. She confides her feelings of guilt to Anuj.

As doctors fight to save Shruti, who remains in critical condition, Adhya confronts Anupamaa with a stern warning that she will never forgive her if Shruti doesn't survive.
