It seems that Ranveer is in immense pain and is not able to digest the fact that Sirat is getting married.

He will try to avoid any confrontation with Sirat and Kartik and hence will run away from there.

While running he will get hit by a car and his condition become critical and the doctors will tell Sirat that Ranveer is in danger.
