It was earlier seen that Sirat is confused over Kartik staring at her continuously.

Sirat tries to question Kartik about his wife but he fails to answer her every time.

Sirat also questions Kartik about Kairav's Mumma where he makes a mistake to identify her as his Mumma every time.

Whenever Kartik tries to answer Sirat there comes some or the other hurdle.

Now Sirat wants her answer by any means.

Dushman helps Sirat unfolds reality behind Kartik's wife

Hence she asks her Dushman to find out about Kartik Goenka and his wife.

Dushman gets shocked to witness Kartik's wife and sends the picture to Sirat.

Sirat gets much more shock when she comes to know that Naira who looks exactly like her is Kartik's wife.
