Vidya's DARK TRUTH finally comes in front of Abhira, but will she expose her in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Abhira lost in her thoughts, burdened by guilt as she feels helpless about failing to prove Maira’s innocence in court. This setback shakes her confidence deeply, making her question her abilities as a lawyer. Gradually, her self-doubt turns into self-blame, and she begins to believe that she has failed not only professionally but also as a mother.

Overwhelmed with emotions, Abhira decides that she is no longer capable of handling Maira’s case and expresses her inability to continue fighting for her.

At this moment, Armaan arrives and tries to reason with her. He reminds Abhira that just like eight years ago, Maira still needs her today. However, Abhira, consumed by guilt, labels herself a failure and refuses to take responsibility. Armaan refuses to accept her defeat and continues motivating her, urging her to gather strength and fight back for Maira.

Their conversation takes a tense turn when Abhira questions Armaan’s intentions. She asks him why he seems to be pushing her so much and whether he secretly wants Maira to lose. Armaan, however, remains firm and asks her to sign the papers so she can represent Maira in court. Abhira breaks down further, calling herself both a bad mother and an incapable lawyer. She insists that Armaan should take charge of the case instead and bring Maira back from the remand home, as she believes Maira needs emotional support more than anything else.

Armaan is reminded of his past mistakes and how his decisions once destroyed his own family. Determined not to repeat history, he once again encourages Abhira to step up. He explains that Maira needs both her parents at this crucial time and that giving up is not an option. Despite this, Abhira insists that she has left her legal career behind and is now just working as a mechanic.

Refusing to let her give up, Armaan gives a heartfelt perspective. He tells Abhira that every mother is naturally a lawyer for her child. To make his point stronger, he shares examples from mythology—how Yashodha always stood by Lord Krishna and how Goddess Parvati even stood against Lord Shiva for the sake of Lord Ganesh. Meanwhile, Maira is shown waiting anxiously, feeling hurt as the entire day passes without either Abhira or Armaan visiting her. Armaan and Mukti witness this emotional reunion from a distance. Abhira admits that she feared Maira would be upset with her for failing to secure bail. Mukti lightens the moment by asking Armaan to capture a photo of the mother-daughter reunion, pointing out how rare it is to see Abhira genuinely happy with Maira after so many years. In another emotional moment, Armaan apologizes to Mukti for his past mistakes. Mukti, however, reassures him that he need not feel guilty, as nothing was done intentionally. Armaan responds by saying that Mukti reminds him of Abhira, but Mukti humbly disagrees, saying no one can truly match Abhira.

Elsewhere, Vidya is seen worrying about Armaan’s whereabouts. Madhav tries to calm her by suggesting that Armaan might be traveling, which could explain why his phone is unreachable. Kaveri, however, remains confident and states that after a long time, Armaan is finally heading in the right direction. She then asks Aryan to bring in a surprise, leaving Vidya curious and slightly anxious about what she has planned.

Soon, Armaan returns home. Vidya immediately questions him, asking whether he informed Maira that he would be handling her case. Armaan clarifies that Abhira will be the one fighting for Maira in court. Kaveri expresses her happiness by offering him a toffee, symbolizing her pride.
