Shruti takes a dig at Anu’s motherhood, says she is Rahi’s mother only in name in Anupamaa

Tonight’s Anupamaa episode opens with Anupama returning and quietly announcing that she is back. As she steps into her maternal home, a wave of emotions hits her. Memories of her brother Bhavesh and her mother flood her mind, and she feels as though her mother had been waiting for her arrival all along.

Curious, Banku asks whose house it is. Anupama explains that the house originally belonged to her brother, but due to financial struggles, he had to sell it. She adds that the neighbour who purchased it kindly allowed them to visit whenever they wished. As Anupama unlocks the door, she is overwhelmed with memories of her mother.

She then tells Digvijay that her home is not as spacious or luxurious as his and requests him to adjust for some time. Digvijay, however, feels awkward hearing this and reminds her that she once gave him shelter too, making her hesitation unnecessary.

Meanwhile, Rahi notices Khyati behaving unusually and assumes that the long wait for Parag is affecting her mental state. Khyati reveals that she has been preparing for Parag’s return. Rahi grows uneasy and asks her to stop, admitting that her behavior is making her anxious. Khyati confesses that she is scared as well, especially after Parag transferred the power of attorney to her, which she believes indicates he may never come back. Rahi urges her to stay hopeful.

Khyati, however, asks Rahi not to console her anymore. She questions why Parag would give her such responsibility, knowing it would hurt Vasundhara. Rahi tries to reason that Parag must see her as the most capable. At this point, Vasundhara enters and accuses Rahi of influencing Parag’s decision. Rahi denies having any role in it, while Khyati admits she never even wanted the responsibility. Vasundhara refuses to believe them and criticizes Khyati for pretending. She also expresses disappointment in Rahi, comparing her to Anupama and calling her a clever manipulator.

On the other side, Anupama shares with Digvijay, Banku, and Jaya how she has faced countless breakdowns in life, and each time, her mother stood by her as her biggest support. Jaya raises a practical concern about their stay, wondering where they will live if Digvijay and Banku move into this house. Anupama reassures her by saying they will manage together, just like they once did in Goa.

Elsewhere, Leela suddenly senses Anupama’s presence and mentions feeling like she has returned. Hasmuk responds that such feelings can happen sometimes.

At the Shah house, Paritosh is seen going through Kinjal’s bag. Kinjal catches him and firmly tells him that he won’t find what he is looking for, as she has safely kept her salary. Paritosh claims he has started earning as well. Kinjal warns him to stay cautious of Gautam. However, Paritosh reveals his plan to use Gautam’s contacts to secure a flat at a low price and rent it out. He adds that they will continue staying at the Shah house until they settle down. Kinjal dismisses his ideas and warns him not to touch her money. Paritosh casually remarks that he is meant to enjoy life.

Back at Anupama’s house, Banku comments that the place is quite small. Digvijay, however, says he likes it. Banku reflects on how their bond has grown stronger ever since Anupama came into their lives. Digvijay agrees but adds that he will need to build connections if they are planning to stay there long-term.

Anupama checks with Banku if Digvijay is comfortable. Banku assures her that everything is fine. Anupama then mentions that she needs to step out for some important work and promises to decorate the house once she returns.

Meanwhile, Prerna encourages Prem to fix his strained relationship with Rahi. Prem asks if Rahi complained about him, but Prerna clarifies that Khyati mentioned it. She motivates him by reminding him that Rahi has dedicated her life to him, and he should not hurt her. Prem begins to realise where he went wrong.

In another moment, Kinjal offers money to Hasmuk and Leela to help run the household. Leela initially hesitates but Kinjal insists, wanting to take responsibility. Paritosh comments that Kinjal is becoming another Anupama, while Pakhi worries that this will lead to more taunts from others.

Ishani, Ansh, and Mahi then step forward, saying that if Kinjal is allowed to contribute, they should be given the same chance. This emotional moment leads to Hasmuk and Leela embracing everyone.

Anupama arrives and feels happy seeing the entire Shah family together. Paritosh questions her sudden return, while Leela and Hasmuk express concern and ask if everything is alright. Anupama reveals that she has something important to share with them.

Precap: Anupama is left stunned upon coming face-to-face with Shruti. She tells Shruti that she is free to meet Rahi anytime, as Rahi already has her mother. Shruti responds sharply, saying Anupama is only a mother in name and blames her for Rahi’s suffering.
