It's finally a reunion as Abhira agrees to move into the Poddar in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Abhira gently urging Maira to go and meet the Poddars, reminding her that the entire family has been waiting for her arrival. However, Maira refuses, saying that no one could have possibly waited for her as patiently and lovingly as Abhira has. Overwhelmed with emotions, the two share a heartfelt hug. Watching this, Armaan stops his family members from interrupting the moment, insisting they give the duo their space. 

In a touching confession, Maira calls Abhira her lucky charm, leaving Abhira completely stunned.

Abhira struggles to believe what she is experiencing. She feels as if it is all a dream and questions whether such happiness is even real in her life. She reflects on her painful past, thinking that her life has always been surrounded by darkness, making it hard for her to accept that Maira truly loves her. Abhira admits that she is so used to sorrow that even tears of happiness feel unfamiliar to her.

Maira brings her back to reality, reminding her that they have won the case and that she no longer harbors any hatred towards her. She openly expresses her love for Abhira. Meanwhile, Manisha lightens the moment by asking Abhira if she is now convinced that this isn’t a dream, and requests her to let the rest of the family hug Maira too, jokingly asking her to step aside for a while.

On the other side, Vidya encourages Armaan to go and meet Maira. As father and daughter come face to face, both are reminded of their shared past. Abhira then nudges Maira towards Armaan, asking her to hug him. Tanya steps forward as well and embraces Maira warmly. Armaan, however, is lost in guilt, believing that Maira might still be hurt because he failed to trust her earlier.

Maira then turns to Koyal and thanks her wholeheartedly, calling her the best. In response, Koyal praises both Abhira and Armaan, saying they are truly admirable. Koyal’s mother agrees with her, appreciating their efforts. Abhira reassures Koyal’s mother that they will stand by their promise and decides to help her secure a job she rightfully deserves. At the same time, Armaan takes responsibility for supporting Koyal’s education.

Amidst all this, Maira recalls Mukti. Soon, Vidya comes forward and meets Maira, while Abhira decides to hold back for now, choosing not to expose Vidya as she doesn’t want to disturb Maira’s happiness in that moment.

Elsewhere, Mukti anxiously waits to hear about Maira’s result. When the two finally meet, they share a warm reunion and celebrate with a simple cold drink. Mukti hesitantly asks Maira if she will be able to share Abhira with her. This question brings back old memories for Maira. Mukti reminds her that years ago, she had clearly stated she couldn’t share Abhira with anyone.

Realizing her past mistakes, Maira expresses regret for what happened eight years ago. She acknowledges that Abhira is equally Mukti’s mother and accepts Mukti wholeheartedly into her life. The two celebrate their renewed bond with joy.

The Poddar family feels relieved and happy witnessing this emotional reunion. Tanya remarks that while most are happy, a few might secretly feel jealous seeing Maira and Mukti come together. She proudly credits Abhira for making this possible. Madhav and Manoj also praise Abhira for her efforts. Sanjay admits that he had misjudged Abhira earlier and accepts his mistake. Kaveri, on the other hand, questions Vidya, asking when she will finally realize her own errors.

Manisha then invites Maira to return home with them, but Vidya tries to forcefully take Maira along. Armaan steps in and suggests that Maira stay back at her mother’s house so she can spend more time with Abhira. He himself reunites Maira with Abhira, leaving Vidya shocked. Kaveri appreciates Armaan’s decision, and the Poddar family decides to head back home.

Armaan asks everyone to leave, choosing to stay back alone. Just then, Maira stops him and makes an emotional demand—she wants both Abhira and Mukti to return to the Poddar house. She expresses her exhaustion from constantly being caught between Abhira and Armaan. Armaan calmly explains that she cannot force Abhira into such a decision.

Despite this, Maira refuses to back down and continues urging Abhira to accompany her. Abhira finds herself torn as memories from the past resurface, leaving her emotionally overwhelmed. Maira keeps persuading her, determined to take her back along. Eventually, Abhira gives in, and Maira hugs her tightly.

In the precap, Vidya argues that a son can never abandon his mother. In a shocking turn, Armaan decides to sever ties with Vidya. She blames Abhira, accusing her of influencing him against her. Armaan firmly tells Vidya to step away from their lives, stating that it is finally time to correct past mistakes. He declares that if she truly wants to reach Abhira, she will first have to face him.
