Digvijay softens towards Jaya, Anu notices a change in him in Anupamaa

Tonight's Anupamaa episode opens with Anupama bringing Jaya back home. As soon as Jaya steps in, she feels uneasy and gets frightened by the darkness around her. Anupama gently reassures her and asks her not to panic. Both of them are then taken aback on seeing the house beautifully decorated. Banku, along with uncle and aunty, tries his best to lift Jaya’s mood and make her feel special. Noticing her fear, Anupama explains that the teddy she is scared of is actually Banku in disguise.

The couple warmly welcomes Jaya and expresses their happiness at her return. Anupama encourages Jaya to greet them properly. Uncle informs her that aunty has brought a cake just for her. Jaya excitedly asks if the entire cake is meant for her, and uncle happily confirms it. Banku then asks her to cut the cake, but Jaya refuses, saying she will wait for Digvijay. She starts looking for him, and Banku tells her that he has stepped out for some work. Jaya decides to save the cake until he returns.

Anupama later thanks Banku for arranging everything and asks whether he had informed Digvijay before planning the decorations. Banku explains that Digvijay had already left before he could ask him. Anupama reminds him that they must be mindful of Digvijay’s emotional state. During their conversation, Banku notices Anupama’s missing neck chain and becomes emotional when he learns that she sold it. Anupama, however, avoids the topic and asks him to leave.

Trying to shift Jaya’s focus, Anupama tells her that more surprises are still waiting. Jaya happily remarks that it feels like she is celebrating her birthday all over again. Soon, Anupama, Banku, Jaya, and the couple share a cheerful moment as they dance together. However, the happiness is short-lived when Jaya suddenly spots Rossi and gets terrified. She imagines a disturbing scenario where Rossi is trying to harm Anupama. Anupama quickly calms her down and assures her that no outsider can enter Digvijay’s house. Around the same time, Digvijay returns home.

On the other side, Mahi asks Jassi to consider Ansh’s feelings as well. Jassi questions why Mahi is interfering. Mahi explains that Ansh is emotionally vulnerable and can be easily influenced, warning Jassi not to distance him from his family. Jassi counters by asking why Mahi suddenly cares about the Shah family, pointing out that Gautam betrayed her. She accuses Mahi, Pakhi, and Paritosh of remembering family only during difficult times. Mahi once again cautions her, but their argument is interrupted by Ansh. Leela then tells Mahi to repeat such statements daily, while Hasmuk questions Leela’s intentions since she never supported Mahi earlier. Leela shockingly admits that she wants Mahi and Jassi to clash, as she is curious to see who will leave the house first, leaving Hasmuk stunned.

Back at Digvijay’s house, uncle and aunty request him to smile, saying that happiness has returned to the house after a long time. They add that his smile will bring peace to Saavi as well and urge him not to hurt Jaya. Digvijay gifts Jaya a butterfly-themed diary, which makes her extremely happy. She tells him that she saved cake for him. Digvijay responds emotionally and hugs her before stepping away.

Banku admires the diary and asks Anupama to read it. Anupama senses that Digvijay is slowly changing despite dealing with his inner struggles. Meanwhile, Rahi tries to question Vasundhara about Anupama’s phone call, but Vasundhara ignores her completely, thinking that no one has the right to question her authority in her own house.

Anupama later asks Jaya to rest, but remains worried about her mental state. She suspects that Rossi might be behind Jaya’s fear, but feels helpless without any proof. While sleeping, Jaya murmurs in fear, asking someone not to harm Anupama. Anupama consoles her once again, trying to calm her down.

Elsewhere, Raja expresses his excitement about Prem’s restaurant opening soon. Prem clarifies that the launch is still pending and invites Rahi to come along with her team. Raja becomes even more enthusiastic, but Rahi advises both of them to save their excitement for the big day. Vasundhara then tells Parag to attend the restaurant opening. Prem reassures her that once his restaurant becomes successful, he will bring Parag back.

Later, Digvijay asks Anupama about Jaya’s condition. Anupama tells him that Jaya is asleep but continues to remain scared. She shares her suspicion about Rossi but admits she has no evidence. During their emotional conversation, Digvijay says that Jaya is fortunate, as not every daughter gets a second chance at life like Saavi did. His words leave Anupama deeply shaken.

In the precap, Rahi feels thrilled that Anupama, who is also Prem’s mentor, has been given the responsibility to inspect his restaurant. However, things take a shocking turn when Anupama rejects the license. This decision angers Rahi, who accuses Anupama of ruining her and Prem’s dream.
