Abhira EXPOSED, Armaan distances himself after learning Mukti’s reality in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Meher confronting Maira, questioning how she found out about her feelings for Armaan. Maira reveals that she had overheard Meher confessing her love at the office. Taking advantage of the situation, Meher begins to execute a plan and brings Mittal into confidence. She deliberately creates a narrative in front of Maira, claiming that her love for Armaan is unconditional. Mittal plays along and asks what she would do if Armaan continues to have feelings for Abhira. 

Meher responds that she is willing to step back and sacrifice her own emotions if it means Armaan’s happiness. She then pretends to notice Maira only at that moment, acting unaware of her presence, which leaves Maira surprised and convinced by Meher’s words.

Meanwhile, Abhira attempts to have a conversation with Armaan regarding Meher, but he chooses to ignore her. Armaan appears mentally burdened and restless. Madhav approaches him and questions whether he is having second thoughts about his decision. Armaan makes it clear that for Maira’s happiness, he is determined to marry Meher. He adds that even though he and Abhira share a deep bond, Maira will always come first in his life. He firmly tells Madhav not to question his choices again. When Madhav insists, Armaan explains that Maira has complete faith in him, and he cannot break that trust. Madhav eventually walks away, leaving Armaan emotionally conflicted. Both Armaan and Abhira are seen lost in memories of their past, highlighting their heartbreak.

On the other hand, Abhira witnesses Vidya handing over bangles to Meher. Confused, Meher asks the reason behind this gesture. Vidya explains that if Meher is capable of taking responsibility for Armaan, then giving her the bangles is a small thing in comparison. This leaves Abhira shocked as she silently observes the moment.

Later, Meher drops Maira at her hostel. Maira thanks her, but Meher dismisses it, saying they are family now. Maira seeks reassurance and asks if Meher will always stand by Armaan and never betray him. Meher confidently promises that she will never leave his side. She then urges Maira to head inside before she gets late.

At the hostel, Mukti is waiting for Maira and complains about the stress she causes. Maira excitedly shares that she has finally found the perfect life partner for Armaan. Mukti feels happy hearing this. Maira also invites Mukti to the wedding and insists that she should bring her mother along. She even admits that despite never meeting Mukti’s mother, she feels a strange emotional connection with her.

Back in the car, Abhira overhears Meher speaking to Mittal about how their plan is succeeding. Meher soon realizes that Abhira is present and has heard everything. This leads to a heated confrontation between the two. Abhira warns Meher that she will make her face the same pain she has caused them. Meher, however, counters her by saying that any move against her will end up hurting both Armaan and Maira. Abhira accuses Meher of manipulating Maira and declares that she will not allow it to continue. Meher remains confident and claims that Armaan trusts her more than anyone else. In response, Abhira vows to expose Meher’s truth at the right time. Meher, unfazed by the warning, does not take her challenge seriously.

In the precap, Abhira makes an attempt to reveal Meher’s truth. Armaan confronts Abhira about Mukti and accuses her of once again choosing Vani over Maira. While Abhira tries to explain herself, he storms off.
