Abhira meets Kaveri, gets a chance to see Maira after years in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens on an emotional note as Armaan makes his way to Maira’s hostel, unable to stay away from her any longer. He confesses that he quietly slipped in just to catch a glimpse of her because the distance had been unsettling him. At the same time, Abhira meets Mukti and is overwhelmed with affection. Mukti admits that deep down she always knew she couldn’t stay separated from her for long.

Armaan surprises Maira by bringing along her favourite pillow from home, saying he knew she wouldn’t be able to sleep comfortably without it. In a similar gesture filled with warmth, Abhira hands Mukti her cherished blanket, explaining that it carries memories and comfort. Both parents also come prepared with homemade food for their daughters, making the reunion even more heartfelt.

During their conversation, Armaan gently asks Maira if she has managed to make any new friends in school. However, things take an unexpected turn when both Armaan and Abhira learn that Maira and Mukti had a disagreement on their very first day. Curious, Abhira asks Mukti about the girl she fought with. When Mukti mentions Maira’s name, Abhira feels a sudden jolt of recognition. She cautiously asks Mukti to recall the girl’s full name, but Mukti struggles and grows visibly uncomfortable. Realizing that pressing her further might disturb her emotionally or bring back painful memories, Abhira immediately withdraws the question. Even so, a doubt lingers in her mind that this Maira could be the same child she has been searching for, prompting her to investigate quietly.

Meanwhile, tension builds in the hostel as the strict matron notices Mukti behaving suspiciously. She senses that someone might be hiding in the room. Mukti panics at the thought of Abhira being discovered. The matron orders her to lift the blanket, but before she can expose anything, Abhira cleverly slips away unnoticed. Determined to uncover the truth, Abhira decides to check Maira’s background details herself.

Interestingly, Maira too feels something unusual. She spots a shadowy figure moving near the matron’s office and becomes curious about the stranger’s identity. When she attempts to contact the matron, she fails to reach her. Strangely, despite not knowing who that woman was, Maira feels an inexplicable emotional pull toward her.

Later that night, a fresh argument erupts between Maira and Mukti regarding sleeping arrangements. Maira insists that Mukti should stick to her own bed, while Mukti pleads that she feels frightened sleeping at a height. Their bickering disturbs Shruti, who sternly asks them to quiet down so the other students can rest.

Back home, Armaan faces confrontation as Madhav questions him about his actions, but Armaan refuses to engage in the discussion. Elsewhere, tensions flare between Tanya and Krish after Tanya accuses Kajal of disclosing details about her medication. The argument escalates when the topic of their unborn child resurfaces. Krish insists that Tanya cannot make such a life-altering decision on her own, while Tanya reminds him that he had earlier refused when she had wanted to keep the baby. Kajal intervenes and asks Tanya to mind her tone, but Tanya stands firm, saying she is only speaking her truth. Armaan steps in to calm the situation and advises the couple that bringing a child into the world requires mutual readiness. He emphasizes that while becoming parents may seem simple, raising a child demands emotional and practical commitment from both sides.

On the other hand, Abhira waits anxiously for information from her contact. Just then, Kaveri arrives. Abhira wastes no time and directly asks whether Maira has shifted schools and if she is now enrolled at Heritage Crown School. Kaveri confirms the details, validating Abhira’s growing suspicion. Overcome with emotion, Abhira rushes toward the school premises and watches Maira from afar. Seeing her after so long leaves Abhira teary-eyed, as a wave of memories and longing washes over her.

In the precap, Armaan’s car suffers a flat tyre, forcing him to stop near Abhira’s shop. Fate once again brings them face to face. As their eyes meet, both are stunned into silence, their intense gaze hinting at unresolved emotions and an impending confrontation that promises to change everything.
