The latest episode of Anupamaa opens with Sarita encouraging Rahi to take inspiration from Anupama’s forgiving nature. Rahi, however, refuses, insisting that not every mistake deserves pardon.
Hasmukh then weighs in, pointing out that while others are often excused for their faults, Anupama is held to harsher standards. Feeling alienated, Rahi walks away in frustration, leaving Anupama quietly hopeful that her anger will not last forever.
Soon after, Ansh asks Anupama to accompany Bharti for a medical consultation. The doctor advises that surgery is necessary and recommends it be performed under Dr. Mathur’s supervision. The thought of treatment in Ahmedabad unsettles Bharti, as she fears staying with the Shah family during her recovery. Anupama reassures her gently, urging her to focus only on regaining her health.
At the hospital, Anupama crosses paths with Devika and immediately senses her distress. After urging her to speak, she learns the shocking truth—Devika has been privately battling cancer. Devika admits she kept it hidden so as not to burden Anupama further.
