Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) reprimands Maira for causing trouble for them when Gitanjali appears as Maira's parent
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is filming the cultural fair sequence with many interactions between the main characters without even exposing their identities to each other. Abhira will now meet Maira and Gitanjali again after Maira causes another problem for their business because of her actions.
Maira’s encounters with Abhira have not been good till now where Maira always has come across as a spoiled kid who steals things from others. After stealing two things, Maira thinks of doing a nice thing for Kaveri and Vidya but it leads to another disaster.
Maira brings ice cream for Kaveri but gets disappointed after she finds out that no one is there to hand over the ice cream in the stall. As Maira leaves the ice cream there, ants swarm everywhere and get into sarees which break the smooth flowing business of Abhira.
Abhira gets to know about Maira being the culprit and scolds her after finding her in the middle of the crowd. Abhira strongly disciplines Maira for doing such an irresponsible thing which cost them their business sales.
Abhira gets emotional to see Maira who is the same age as Pookie
Maira says that it is not her fault but Abhira teaches her to admit her own mistakes instead of making excuses. Gitanjali appears as Maira’s parent and Abhira reveals how Maira has caused trouble three times for them because of her reckless actions.
Gitanjali asks Maira to be respectful and apologise to Abhira after which Maira gets teary-eyed and says sorry to Abhira. However, Abhira fails to control her emotions and runs away with tears as seeing Maira reminds her of her own daughter.
