Recently We have seen Sai loses her Baby after falling down from the stairs. 

Most of all she gets to know that she can never be a Mother which makes Virat walk out leaving her hand. 

Well this is not it, the Surrogacy which the fans trended never to happen will happen now. 

Sai feels Insulted

As Sai can't be a Mother, they opt for Surrogacy while it's going to be Pakhi who is going to bear his Baby.
